Small file-to-collector ratio
No more than 300 files per collector, usually around 200. This allows us to “touch” every file weekly and, if needed, daily.

Management-to-collector ratio: Through a multi-level management approach, each of our collectors is constantly upgrading his or her skills. With no more than 10 collectors per Junior Managers, and no more than 10 Junior managers per Senior Manager, We ensure that your files are looked after well.

Reporting: At MLM you have as much transparency as you want, as often as you want. Our proprietary system is available to you 24 hours a day, 365 days a year, so you will know exactly where your portfolio stands at any given time. Through our real-time reporting, you decide if you want the broad strokes or the nitty gritty details or both.

Edex solutions
MLM has developed its own Edex software. We can connect directly to the DWC mainframe, without third party brokers. With this feature, your files will never be subject to a costbenefit analysis, just the precise and most current data for your bills and liens.

Billing
Whether you run multiple clinics or are just starting out, we can do it all. From coding to dropping the bills, appeals and objections, it’s all taken care of for you. MLM is one of the only companies that actually runs an Edex search before we send out your bill. We can’t find the information through Edex then we have one of our trained staff verify the information individually. You can be assured that your bills are complete, correct, and sent to the right place.

Liens
MLM files all liens at the appropriate times. All liens are followed-up with the insurance companies to negotiate a settlement. If appropriate, we represent your lien at the board. With MLM keeping a close eye on your files, you don’t have to worry about having your liens dismissed or simply collecting dust. 1
